I started out October working for the US Open Racquetball Championships as Entertainment director. It was an incredible event and it was a blast to feature Minneapolis jazz musicians between sets, I even brought the banjo out for some music. Joe Conti on the Chapman stick and Erin Schwab were highlights as well. Robert Bell Hot Swing Combo traveled to Ohio for Rocktober, two night in Columbus, we had an excellent time. I also traveled with the show Hippocrates Cafe to perform at University of Kentucky, Lexington is a beautiful city, hope to return. I also added a 1946 Epiphone Triumph to my collection, it pulses with authority.
